DO NOT CONFRONT THE ABUSER

This process must to be done carefully, and takes up to a month. Meet with the police, tell them what happened. They will start a case for you. A Grand Jury will ask the Judge to have the Abuser arrested. It is painful to wait- but you do not want them to get tipped off and run, or destroy any evidence that may be condemning (such as photos of the child.)

A note from the author:

  • If this person lives with you find somewhere safe to stay for at least one month that is the length of time it will take for the authorities to file a complaint, a grand jury, and an arrest warrant. Make up a story about visiting a friend or relative.

  • After which they will take the person to the police station to question them and book them in the county jail where they will await trial. Then you may go back to your home.  Your local state government will assign a district attorney at no charge to you to represent your case.

  • You may also consider hiring a Civil Attorney to protect your legal rights in regard to suing this person for the harm caused. The state and federal government will not help you to sue this person. They will only try and convict them.

  • Side note, if you have homeowners insurance, your civil attorney can make a claim and sue the person. You may be able to receive monetary relief. This is especially helpful if you depended on a spouse as a primary earner.

  • If this was your spouse, you will also need a divorce attorney. The divorce attorney will not protect your assets. Most likely you live in a 50-50 state and this person under your state law is entitled to half of your assets by hiring a Civil Attorney you can protect your property, etc..by suing them for damages.

  • You will be assigned a victims assistance person through the court to keep you informed and to guide you through the process. They will provide resources for you. One of the resources for victims of crimes is state funded counseling for your child. Convicting them may take up to a year or more depending on the circumstances of the abuse. Try to move forward with you life, knowing that they are locked up, and you are safe.

  • If there was any bodily injury to your child or yourself, the Victims of Crime compensation will pay for your health expenses. In some cases, there is reimbursement for travel to the courts to the therapy and medical appointments.

  • After you’ve moved back into your family home try to keep a regular routine for your child to feel safe after the arrest assure them that they did the right thing telling you that they were hurt. NEVER victim blame the child that your life is a mess because of them. This was not their fault.

  • Praise them for being brave and that give them lots of hugs and support for their feelings. Children that are victims abuse, often blame themselves. It’s important to help them move through this phase as quickly as possible because it can cause depression that could last a lifetime if it is not addressed immediately.

  • Find a therapist for yourself to process what has happened to your family.

  • Join the group on my webpage for support from other moms. Please keep it positive and receive healing supportive energy for yourself and family.

  • If you are compelled and able to do so, it is a good idea to move as soon as possible to a new environment so child is not triggered by the places in their home or school or the location where these things happened. Trust me, this is very important.

  • A fresh start is the best option for everyone to move forward and away from the energy of the location of the crimes and abuse.

  • This is a highly sensitive topic and should not be bragged about once the person is arrested. Tell as few people in your family and circle as possible this is a private pain. You could inadvertently make them a witness by sharing your case.

  • It could also embarrass your child and it could contaminate the court case that the district attorney is building against them.

  • Stay off of social media do not post your child card results to social media! This would be humiliating for all of you.

  • Protect your privacy and dignity of your children.

  • It is time to heal and rebuild protect your space time and people who spend time with do not overshare with friends who could gossip about you by sharing your tragedy you could inadvertently make them a witness to your case.

My Story:

My child's abuser is JML.  He was charming, smart and good looking. A perfect con. He assumed the role of loving husband and caring father, and morphed into an evil monster child molester.

He was indicted in June of 2024 by the United States Federal Government for five (5) counts of exploitation. He is being held in Federal Prison without bail waiting conviction, for a minimum of 30 years by the Federal Government for his crimes against my daughter, and distribution of child pornography. The District Attorney on this case also has a strong case against him for four (4) counts of sexual assault. He will face another set of charges with the State.

But, this is not true justice for my daughter. This evil con man tricked my whole family. He had us under 24/7 video surveillance and bullied us daily. He used fear tactics and financial domination to control us.

He sexually assaulted my daughter, and made her watch child-porn and bestiality and snuff films of people dying. He is pure evil and deserves to die via the death penalty.

YOU DO NOT WANT PEOPLE LIKE HIM- TO GET OUT AND BE AT YOUR COMPANY PICNIC TALKING TO YOUR CHILDREN.
